About the event
As requested, small group Mat Classes are back! Join me for a 60-minute Mat Pilates flow emphasizing breath, precision, concentration, and other Pilates principles to guide us through a variety of exercises.
Our location will be in Fells Point. The exact address will be sent upon registration.
Please make sure to allow enough time to arrive and get checked in. Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry once the session begins.
This session will require that you bring your own mat as there is a limited amount available.
